Home Size
More rooms mean more time and crew. A 2BR averages 4-5 hours; a 4BR can run 7-9 hours.
Distance
Local moves are hourly. Moves over 30 miles switch to flat-rate pricing based on weight and distance.
Add-on Services
Full packing, storage, and white-glove services are optional add-ons with transparent pricing.
Move Date
Weekdays (Mon-Thu) run up to 15% cheaper than weekends. Mid-month beats end-of-month.
Floor / Elevator
High floors and long elevator waits add time — we never add surcharges, but more time means more hours billed.
